I am a friend of the "Yellow Card"
AND
I also LOVE the detailed instruction that Byron Katie taught us
for filling out and working a Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet

For me, both tools have their place.
When my mind is open enough to approach a stranger, hand them the Yellow Card, and ask them to read it to me, I’m confident that I’ll gain something valuable from that inquiry.

However, most of the time, I notice that my mind (or the minds of my clients) isn’t as open or calm. It wants to be right, it jumps from one situation to the next, and it doesn’t easily settle into the present moment. In these times, I’m incredibly grateful for Byron Katie’s teachings, which show us how to quiet the mind with clear, actionable instructions. These teachings go far beyond the “Yellow Card” approach. We learned them directly from Byron Katie, or through her daughter Roxanne, or during the ITW courses like “Back to Basics,” “Difficult Client,” and others.
These courses were invaluable, providing us with the tools to calm our minds—and those of our clients—so we can dive deep into questioning the often buried thoughts that shape our experiences.
My dear friend Heike and I are passionate about continuing this tradition by offering “technical” e-Courses that are, of course, much more than just technical. They provide participants with a practical toolkit to work with even the so-called "difficult clients"—and ourselves!
For this reason, Heike and I will continue to offer the e-Courses “Difficult Client”, “Back to Basics I” and “Back to Basics II".
And maybe, we once will see you in one of our eCourses.  :-)

The e-Courses that focus on learning the "technique" of The Work are:
  • Difficult Client
  • Back to Basics I
  • Back to Basics II

Our next offering will be "A Year with The Work" called "Immersion into The Work" which will contain the segment "Deep Learning" in in which the content of the above eCourses will be taught.
