Prerequisites to join our eCourses and Programs

Before enrolling in one of our eCourses or Programs, please ensure that you have:   
​
     1. Read Byron Katie's Loving What is  (or at least the Little booklet )
     2. Completed one of the following options: A. B. or C.
​
     A. Participation in ONE of the following:

• Attended 3 in-person events (of minimum 2 days each) with Byron Katie, or
• Completed one eCourse with a Certified Facilitator of a minimum of 6 weeks or
• Received facilitation in at least 5 sessions with a Certified Facilitator of The Work.​​​​​​​​​

      B.   Participation in our Introductory to The Work class (completed or upcoming),
             plus 2 one-on-one facilitation sessions with either Heike or Sylvia (completed or booked).

​​       C.  Completion (or booking) of 5 one-to-one facilitation sessions with either Heike or Sylvia. ​
